Fergie Baby Brings Harlem With Him at ‘God Is From Harlem’ Album Celebration

Harlem rapper Fergie Baby is entering his next chapter with his neighborhood firmly at the center of it.

The New York artist recently celebrated his forthcoming album, God Is From Harlem, with an intimate event hosted by Power 105.1’s Ivy Rivera, bringing together artists, creatives and cultural figures from across the city for an early look at what he has been building.

Among those in attendance were Maiya The Don, Don Q, King Beamo, Niko Brim, Kai Cash, Iman Nunez, Cosi Pari, Ryan Witherspoon and Dizzy Banko.

Rather than simply serving as an album preview, the night reflected the culture surrounding Fergie Baby’s music. Guests heard unreleased tracks from God Is From Harlem in an atmosphere shaped by the same New York energy, community and personality that have become central to his identity as an artist.

The celebration was supported by G-SHOCK, Cali Plug, 7th Street Burger and Beloved, with fashion, lifestyle and food brands helping build out an experience distinctly connected to the city.

Fergie Baby Keeps Harlem at the Center

The upcoming project arrives during a stretch of growing visibility for Fergie Baby.

His recent music includes “Good Day to Be in Harlem” with A$AP Ferg and “Harlem River Drive” with Cam’ron, two collaborations that make his relationship with Harlem unmistakable while connecting him with artists who have helped shape different eras of New York hip-hop.

That hometown perspective has become one of Fergie Baby’s strongest calling cards.

At a time when New York rap continues to evolve across boroughs, sounds and generations, he has leaned further into the personality of Harlem rather than moving away from it. God Is From Harlem appears positioned to continue that approach.

From Harlem to Bigger Stages

Fergie Baby has also been expanding his presence beyond recorded music.

His recent run of performances includes HOT 97 Summer Jam, appearances alongside Rome Streetz, and a performance at Rolling Loud Orlando earlier this year.

Those stages have given him the opportunity to introduce his music to larger audiences while continuing to build the kind of momentum that can turn a strong regional presence into something much broader.

With God Is From Harlem, however, the message remains clear: growth does not have to mean leaving home behind.

For Fergie Baby, Harlem is not simply the backdrop to the story. It is part of the sound, the identity and the reason the story exists in the first place.

Additional details surrounding God Is From Harlem are expected to be announced soon.
